The Masked Gorilla is a dope site, make sure you check them out. They have a bunch of great interviews, quality content daily, and are one of the only sites that I feel is kind of on the same wavelength as thebandaidz.com content-wise.

Barstool NY - Say what you want about Bg E and Grand Daddy K but don’t you dare tell me they don’t go hard. TVC motherfuckers! Youtube karaoke rap covers bitches! Thank God they didn’t go any harder or I don’t think I could handle it. I don’t know what’s harder, the 40 second stretch from 0:20 to 1:00 where they just stare at the camera doing absolutely nothing, or the 3:00 mark when Big E puts one in Grand Daddy K’s dome piece.
Cudder
Monday, June 14th, 2010The rager caught a charge this week in NYC, allegedly bustin down doors and holding. Anyway, I really like this new song Revolution, definitely another Cudi Classic. By the way, I missed his secret BAPE show by 30 minutes just in time to see him drive off, footage below, also a funny intro from Aziz Ansari at Bonnaroo.
I see you

The CDQ of this FINALLY leaks, and its as good as you’d expect. The beat is changed up to a harder Eminem style beat, B.O.B gets all new verses, Hayley Williams drops the same insane chorus, and Eminem kills the final verse. I mean he destroys it. This is a really great track, I expect it to be a giant radio hit. It’s already blowing up on iTunes, and I have a feeling this will be a jam all summer long.

This was easily my most anticipated song on The Adventures of Bobby Ray when I heard the snippets last week. B.O.B and blog favorite Janelle Monae flip indie rock band Vampire Weekend’s “The Kids Don’t Stand A Chance”, which I actually like as a stand-alone track alot, into a jam of a rap song. Think Chiddy Bang’s “Kids” as a model of what they do here, only not as fast-paced. B.O.B does alot of singing over the hook on this, but its so infectious and you’ll get it stuck in your head that it doesn’t matter. This is DOPE.
